(ConcernedPatriot.com) – According to House Oversight Committee Chair James Comer (R-KY), the FBI has verified the existence of an informant file that the bureau refuses to give Congress and purportedly connects Vice President Joe Biden to a $5 million bribery scheme.
In a prearranged meeting on Wednesday, Comer and FBI Director Christopher Wray discussed the presence of the file. The document supposedly describes a deal between now-President Biden and a foreigner exchanging money for making policy decisions.

Comer reiterated his threat to hold Wray in contempt of Congress after learning that the FBI refuses to give Congress access to the unclassified information it has been ordered to produce.
Instead, the FBI allegedly stated that Comer may view the paper at their main office, according to reports.
“Today, FBI Director Wray confirmed the existence of the FD-1023 form alleging then-Vice President Biden engaged in a criminal bribery scheme with a foreign national,” Comer stated.
Nevertheless, Director Wray did not promise to turn over the records that the House Oversight Committee had demanded.
Comer continued, “While Director Wray has offered to let us see the documents in person at FBI headquarters after refusing for a month to even acknowledge that the form existed, we have been clear that anything short of producing these documents to the House Oversight Committee is not in compliance with the subpoena.
The House Oversight Committee will launch contempt of Congress proceedings “if the FBI fails to hand over the FD-1023 form as required by the subpoena.”
House Speaker Kevin McCarthy (R-CA) warned Wray earlier this week, stating that he would start the process to hold him in contempt of Congress if Wray refused to release the information.
According to Comer’s investigation of the Biden family, over several years, the Biden family business received at least $10 million through commercial ventures in China and Romania.
Joe Biden acknowledged in May that nine family members have received income from the family’s overseas business endeavors, including two of his grandchildren.
