(ConcernedPatriot.com) – According to reports, Tucker Carlson has received a cease-and-desist letter from his former employer Fox News regarding his new Twitter show, which debuted last week.
Before it was made public that the two had split up, Carlson’s show was removed from their schedule, according to Breitbart News.

According to Axios, a letter from Fox attorneys was written to Carlson pointing out that the presenter is still bound by his contract through the end of the following year.
On Twitter, Carlson’s legal counsel, Harmeet Dhillon, declared, “My friend and client Tucker Carlson will not be silenced — by the far left or by Fox News.”

In an interview with Axios, she claimed, “Fox is now demanding that Tucker Carlson be silent until after the 2024 election.”
A spokeswoman for Fox News declined to speak to the publication.
Exclusiveness clauses are frequently included in talent contracts to restrict or forbid well-known figures from appearing on other networks and platforms.
According to Twitter metrics, Carlson was the most popular personality on Fox News, and his most recent Twitter show received more than 100 million views.

The Daily Caller noted that it outperformed the simultaneous viewers of Fox.
According to his executive producer, the host’s upcoming Twitter episode, which will focus on former President Donald Trump’s criminal indictment, will air on Tuesday.

By midday on Wednesday, the 10-minute movie had been viewed roughly 73 million times. However, this number does not specify the number of unique people who viewed the film or how long they watched it.
