(ConcernedPatriot.com) – On Tuesday, a judge in New York declined to dismiss the case filed by NY Attorney General Letitia James against President Trump.
On Tuesday, Judge Arthur Engoron decided that Trump and Trump Org. are accountable for fraud. On October 2, a non-jury trial gets underway.

“A judge has ruled that Donald Trump committed fraud for years while building the real estate empire that catapulted him to fame and the White House.
Judge Arthur Engoron, ruling Tuesday in a civil lawsuit brought by New York’s attorney general, found that the former president and his company deceived banks, insurers, and others by massively overvaluing his assets and exaggerating his net worth on paperwork used in making deals and securing financing.
Engoron’s ruling, in a phase of the case known as summary judgment, resolves the key claim in James’ lawsuit, but six others remain.
Engoron is slated to hold a non-jury trial starting Oct. 2 before deciding on those claims and any punishments he may impose. James is seeking $250 million in penalties and a ban on Trump doing business in New York, his home state. The trial could last into December, Engoron has said.”
Letitia James, the attorney general of New York, claimed earlier this month that Trump had inflated his net worth by billions of dollars to get loans, receive insurance benefits, and evade taxes.
In the court petition, Letitia James claimed that between 2011 and 2021, Trump had exaggerated his net worth.
According to an earlier analysis, Trump may have undervalued his holdings.
September saw the announcement by Letitia James of a lawsuit against the family of former President Donald Trump.
Attorney General James has been looking into potential inflating of the valuations of some of the Trump Organization’s properties.
As stated by Letitia James, the office’s goals are to:
- Make Trump pay $250 million.
- Ban the Trumps from running NY businesses for good.
- Ban Trump and Trump Org from buying commercial real estate in NY for 5 years.
- We’re making a criminal referral to the US Department of Justice.
“Trump unlawfully inflated and deflated his net worth by billions to obtain and satisfy loans, receive insurance benefits, and pay lower taxes, with the assistance of Donald Jr., Eric, Ivanka, and other defendants. To put it succinctly, he lied to enrich himself greatly,” Letitia James stated in September.
“We discovered that on his yearly financial statements, Trump, his family, and the Trump Organization utilized false and deceptive asset assessments more than 200 times over the course of ten years,” she continued.
“These statements were then used to secure insurance coverage and loans totaling hundreds of millions of dollars,” she added.
The Trump family has been subjected to harassment by Letitia James precisely as she had said she would.
Following her election in November 2018, Letitia James started threatening and swearing at President Donald Trump immediately.
