(ConcernedPatriot.com) – The White House revealed on Wednesday that President Joe Biden has started using continuous positive airway pressure (CPAP) equipment at night to treat his sleep apnea.
White House deputy press secretary Andrew Bates stated that the president had acknowledged his experience with sleep apnea in extensive medical reports since 2008.
He utilized a CPAP machine last night, typical for those with a history of being diagnosed with sleep apnea.

The first time Biden, the 80-year-old president of the United States, mentioned his ongoing sleep apnea problem was in his 2008 medical documents.
Biden underwent many surgeries on his sinus and nasal passageways, according to his 2019 medical reports.
CNN reported that:
“During Biden’s 2021 physical, the White House physician Dr. Kevin O’Connor singled out two areas of “observation”: an “increasing frequency and severity of ‘throat clearing’ and coughing during speaking engagements” and the president’s stiffer gait.”
During engagements this week, Biden was observed with marks on the side of his face, and Bates later confirmed that Biden used a CPAP machine.
The National Institutes of Health states that the CPAC machine “uses mild air pressure to keep breathing airways open while you sleep.”
According to a White House representative, Biden recently started using the CPAP machine to enhance his sleep quality.
At 80, Joe Biden is the oldest living president. Most Americans are concerned about his health and mental stability, especially since he announced his re-election for president in 2024.
