BUSTED! Dem State Senator CAUGHT Keying a Car with “Biden Sucks” Bumper Sticker

(ConcernedPatriot.com) – A Democrat state senator in Cranston, Rhode Island, is accused of keying a car with a “Biden Sucks” bumper sticker.

According to police, Sen. Joshua Miller, 69, was seen on security footage attempting to open a locked automobile at the Garden City Center, Fox News reported.

A photo depicts the suspect and a black car with a significant door scratch:

When approaching the SUV and noticing Miller clutching keys, the owner’s son told police that he had heard a scratching sound.

But when he confronted Miller and inquired as to whether he had keyed the vehicle, Miller denied doing so and turned to leave.

Body camera footage shows Miller later told police that he thought the victim recognized him, claiming that the man was in his way and had accused him of scratching the car, despite his initial denials.

And I’m a state senator,” Miller continued. “I believe he knew who I was. He seems to be a firearms enthusiast.”

Additionally, despite not knowing the man’s name, he claimed that the man called him by name:

The police informed him that the individual “definitely didn’t recognize you.”

In his interview with the officer, Miller said, “I was concerned he is one of the gun nuts who stalks me at the state house, so I kept walking.”

Additionally, he referred police Col. Michael Winquist and instructed cops to inform him of any claimed threats against Miller by locals who he believed to be “gun nuts.”

But according to a news release issued by the Cranston, Rhode Island Police Department on Friday, “Mr. Miller never reported any threats to Col. Winquist or any member of the Cranston Police Department.”

The victim reportedly noticed Miller’s vehicle’s “Re-elect Senator Josh Miller” bumper sticker. After looking up his name online, He recognized he was the man engaged in the event.

Officers went to Miller’s home to question him after they said security footage of the incident supported the witness’ description of what had happened.

Miller said the man threatened him throughout their talk and later acknowledged keying the vehicle, saying, “I felt threatened. That’s why I had the keys out.”

Authorities eventually filed a misdemeanor vandalism/malicious property damage complaint against Miller. He was released on a $1,000 personal recognizance.

He is due to show up in court on July 18, 2023.

Miller is the Senate Democratic Policy Chairman for District 28 and is listed on the State of Rhode Island General Assembly website.

According to the website, “Sen. Miller has also sponsored legislation to ban the possession, sale, or transfer of assault weapons, with the exception of those that have been grandfathered in and are properly registered,” as well as a rule against “straw purchases” of firearms.
