US Top General Says Ukraine War Sustainable, US-Allies Are ‘RICH!’

US Top General Says Ukraine War Sustainable, US-Allies Are 'RICH!'

( – At a press conference from Germany, Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Gen. Mark Milley stated that the United States and its allies could continue to fight in the Ukraine because they are “rich.”

Milley was asked: “President Zelenskyy said this weekend that U.S. military aid to Ukraine is arriving far too late. Do Ukraine’s military partners have the industrial capacity to enable Ukraine to make major gains in another fighting season?”

Milley responded: “…you asked about the capacity. Can we continue to do this? The short answer is yes, we can continue to do this, and the United States and its allied countries are rich, powerful, with significant resources, military resources that are capable of sustaining this fight, in President Biden’s words, as long as it takes.”

He added, “And that’s what the intent is of our political leadership of all of the nations of Europe and around the world, actually, and the United States, and that’s exactly what we, the military, will do. We’ll do what we’re directed to do, and we’re going to do it as long as it takes.”

“Slava Ukraini,” which translates to “Glory to Ukraine,” was how Milley concluded his opening statement at the news conference.

Milley’s comments coincide with the ongoing debate in the U.S. Congress over whether to authorize an additional $24 billion in aid to Ukraine on top of the $113 billion that has already been given since Russia invaded the nation in February 2022.

According to recent polls, Americans are growing less inclined to offer Ukraine additional aid.

According to an August CNN poll, most Americans are against increasing U.S. aid to Ukraine.

Zelensky will meet with politicians and American leaders on Thursday in Washington, D.C.

In less than a year, this is his second journey. On his first visit, he addressed a joint session of Congress in December. Following his speech, he presented a Ukraine flag to Vice President Kamala Harris and then-House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-CA).

Though he was greeted as a hero the last time, he may encounter more significant skepticism this time, especially since there is no sign of an end to the conflict.

Just approximately one month remain for the Ukrainian counteroffensive, backed by the West, to accomplish its goal before the winter weather arrives.

President Joe Biden and his Pentagon allies have reaffirmed their unwavering support for Ukraine despite the counteroffensive’s patchy outcomes.

These are your tax dollars at work. Shame on this administration.

Biden Attacks 2A With New Federal Level Gun Control Office

( – The Biden administration will announce the Office of Gun Violence Prevention on Friday and the new office will be coordinated with Mike Bloomberg gun control proponents and others.

The Washington Post states, “The new office will report up through Stefanie Feldman, the White House staff secretary and a longtime Biden policy aide who has worked on the firearms issue for years.”

The “White House, the Community Justice Action Fund, and Everytown for Gun Safety” are expected to coordinate in this office.

“If this announcement is, in fact, the creation of a single point of leadership on gun violence in the administration, it’s a very big deal for the movement,” said Shannon Watts, the founder of Moms Demand Action and an affiliate of Mike Bloomberg.

More than just symbolic, she continued, “a governmental focal point devoted to developing a framework for overseeing national policy, research, and resources would be a significant turning point for the movement.”

Breitbart News revealed on August 31, 2023, that the ATF under Biden was utilizing executive orders to increase background checks to almost the extent of being mandatory.

During the announcement of the proposed rule, Attorney General Merrick Garland made the following statement in a news release:

“The Bipartisan Safer Communities Act was passed by Congress to reduce gun violence, including by expanding the background checks that keep guns out of the hands of criminals.

This proposed rule implements Congress’s mandate to expand the definition of who must obtain a license and conduct a background check before selling firearms.”

The language of the ATF rule will be redefined to avoid creating a distinction between two groups of people: those who possess Federal Firearms Licenses (FFLs) and those who buy and sell firearms to each other, as they have done since 1791.

Instead, all sellers will need to demonstrate that they are not in it for the money, or they will need to guarantee that the buyer gets a background check before they can own the gun.

Pennsylvania Rolls Out New Driver’s License Twist for Voters

Pennsylvania Rolls Out New Driver's License Twist for Voters

( – Pennsylvania is the latest state to implement automatic voter registration upon issuing or renewing a driver’s license.

According to NBC News, Pennsylvania will now be the 24th state to use automatic voter registration.

Josh Shapiro, the Democratic governor of Pennsylvania, shared the information on X.

“By expanding voter registration at our DMVs, we’ll save taxpayers time and money, reduce the number of costly paper registrations and streamline voter registration for Pennsylvanians,” Shapiro said.

Voter registration has been available in the United States at state motor vehicle agencies since 1993.

Additionally, Pennsylvania’s approach has reduced the number of screens with questions from 19 to 11 with automatic voter registration.

“Automatic voter registration is a commonsense step to ensure election security and save Pennsylvanians time and tax dollars,” Shapiro said in a statement.

In about half of the states, registration is now done automatically.

Additionally, President Joe Biden declared September 19 a national day for registering voters.

The stage is being set for the upcoming 2024 presidential election. With our borders wide open, it appears anyone can get a state identification card or driver’s license, undocumented or not.

Ukraine’s Downward Spiral Unfolds Amid Corruption Scandals

Ukraine's Downward Spiral Unfolds Amid Corruption Scandals

( – Following the removal of military Minister Oleksii Reznikov in a corruption scandal two weeks ago, six deputy military ministers in Ukraine were fired on Monday, according to officials, as fierce conflict raged on in the east.

According to Taras Melnychuk, the permanent representative of the Cabinet of Ministers on Telegram, deputy defense ministers Hanna Maliar, Vitalii Deyneha, and Denys Sharapov, as well as the state secretary of the Ministry of Defense, Kostiantyn Vashchenko, were fired.

Melnychuk did not justify the firings, but the administration has been investigating allegations of military corruption involving equipment acquisition.

The new military minister, Crimean Tatar legislator Rustem Umerov, did not immediately remark.

After a scandal involving the defense ministry’s purchase of military jackets at a price three times their cost, Reznikov was fired earlier this month. Reznikov resigned while rejecting the accusations.

The department was reorganized a day after the Ukrainian military declared victory over Russian forces in the month-long struggle for the settlement of Klishchiivka.

In the eastern Donetsk region, fighting persisted Monday as soldiers attempted to retain the settlement south of the Russian-controlled city of Bakhmut.

It was retaken when the neighboring settlement of Andriivka was also retaken.

During a briefing on Monday, just before she was let go, Maliar stated that “the enemy is trying desperately to regain lost positions.”

As a result, our troops are stationed at the established frontiers and halt the enemy’s attacks there.”

It is believed that retaking Klishchiivka is crucial tactically because it will enable Ukrainian forces to increase their gains towards Bakhmut.

Six civilians were murdered, and 16 were hurt in additional fighting throughout the last day, according to the presidential office.

It claimed that one person was killed and four others were injured as Russians targeted residential areas in eight cities and villages in the Donetsk region, including Avdiivka and Kurdiumivka.

One person was killed, and two others were hurt in five artillery attacks in Kherson. According to the presidential administration, Russians launched explosives from a drone near Beryslav’s bus stop, injuring four persons.

In the early hours of Monday, the Ukrainian air force claimed to have shot down 18 of 24 Shaded drones and all 17 Russian cruise missiles launched in the southern areas of Mykolaiv and Odesa.

Oleh Kiper, the regional governor of Odesa, claimed that although no deaths were recorded, the attack destroyed a recreation center in Vylkovo.

Due to its many canals, Vylkovo is frequently called the “Ukrainian Venice” and is situated in the Danube Delta near the Romanian border.

Exposed! The Secret Biden Advisor Behind Biden’s Regime

Exposed! The Secret Biden Advisor Behind Biden's Regime

( – Amid an impeachment investigation investigating the president, Hunter Biden is supposedly President Joe Biden’s informal adviser.

According to the New York Times, who referred to Hunter Biden as the president’s “informal adviser” who has even influenced the latter’s speeches, the two routinely chat on the phone and “occasionally” discuss politics.

The Times said that of father and son, “people who know both men say their bond is singular in its intensity.”

But even President Biden’s supporters, who take pride in his political and humanitarian instincts, claim that he has occasionally been too submissive to his younger son, looking unable to tell him no despite Hunter’s issues and his lengthy history of poor choices.

“Mr. Biden’s devotion to his son means that he has long followed Hunter’s lead,” the report said.

“Although Mr. Biden’s seeming reluctance to say no when Hunter tried to entice him into his business operations has been chastised in private by the president’s allies, they have a great deal of respect for the friendship,” it added.

While Hunter advises Joe Biden, the two are being looked into by House Republicans, who have started an impeachment probe into Joe Biden. Meanwhile, a special counsel is still actively looking into Hunter Biden.

Hunter Biden and Joe Biden’s DOJ could not agree after the judge reviewed Hunter’s initial plea deal in August.

The arrangement permitted Hunter Biden to enter a guilty plea for failing to pay taxes on more than $1.5 million in income in 2017 and 2018, obtaining probation instead of jail time.

Concerns about a possible conflict of interest were raised by several Republicans regarding Hunter Biden’s informal advising role to Joe Biden.

The House Oversight Committee must immediately subpoena Hunter’s records and have a staff deposition,” Mike Davis, founder and president of the pro-Trump Article III Project and former Chief Counsel for Nominations to Senate Judiciary Chairman Chuck Grassley, told Breitbart News.

“Hunter purportedly divested his 10 percent stake in BHR partners. But there is no evidence Hunter received any payment for his divestment,” Davis said. “Giving Hunter’s track record, this is shady. It looks like Hunter is continuing the Biden family corruption with one foot in the White House and the other in BHR partners.”

According to an April Breitbart News exclusive, Hunter Biden’s attorney, Kevin Morris, has a 10% share in BHR Partners, a Chinese state-backed investment fund established only a few days after Hunter and President Joe Biden visited China in 2013.

Breitbart News verified and corroborated the “Signing Instructions” email and the venture contract with someone familiar with the deal.

The source further stated that “Skaneateles, LLC” has a 10% investment in the [BHR] business” and that “Kevin Morris is the “managing partner” of the company.

61 percent of Americans, according to a recent CNN poll, think Joe Biden was involved in his family’s business dealings with China and Ukraine.

Only 38% of respondents deny Joe Biden’s involvement, and only 1% believe he was involved but did nothing wrong.

America’s Toughest Gun Law Heads To Court Next Week

America's Toughest Gun Law Heads To Court Next Week

( – The “most extreme” gun control law in the U.S., an Oregon law, will come on trial next week in a case that has attracted the attention of both proponents and opponents of firearms.

“I have never seen this many people so interested in a legal proceeding,” said attorney Tony Aiello Jr. on Fox News.

Aiello, defending a couple of gun owners from Harney County contesting initiative 114 under the Oregon Constitution, continued, “This case is about a bare majority of voters adopting a poorly-written ballot initiative that erodes, and I would argue erases a constitutional right.”

Measure 114 was approved by Oregonians in November with 50.65% of the vote, despite only six of the state’s 36 counties having voted in favor of it.

The legislation, which organizations like the legislative branch of the NRA called “the nation’s most extreme gun control Initiative,” makes it necessary to obtain a firearm permit and outlaws the sale of magazines that can store more than 10 rounds.

However, the law has not yet come into force due to recent federal and state-level legal challenges.

According to a ruling made in July by federal judge Karin Immergut, Oregon’s law adheres to a tradition in the United States of “regulating uniquely dangerous features of weapons and firearms to protect public safety.”

The 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals is hearing the plaintiffs’ appeal of Immergut’s decision.

For gun owners Joseph Arnold and Cliff Asmussen from Harney County, Aiello will appear in court on Monday and make the case that Measure 114 is unconstitutional under the Oregon Constitution because it would serve as an outright ban.

The initiative was created by the interfaith organization Lift Every Voice Oregon. It gathered over 130,000 signatures to get it on the ballot last autumn.

According to the group, a permit-to-purchase system will lessen shootings, suicides, and other violent crimes.

“When our neighbors are bleeding, we cannot stand idly by,” Rev. Mark Knutson, one of the chief petitioners for the measure, previously told The Oregonian. “We had an imperative to act.”

Emails asking for interviews with Lift Every Voice Oregon representatives went unanswered.

After the law was implemented late last year, there was an increase in gun sales, and Oregon State Police received hundreds of new requests for background checks every day.

Bryan Fitzgerald, owner of a pawn store in Salem, told Fox News that he had difficulty keeping guns on the shelves for an extended period.

He thinks firearms sales, which once comprised around 30% of his business at Elite Buyers N.W., now comprise between 50% and 60% of total sales.

“Ballot Measure 114 really just made everything just absolutely crazy,” he added.

Fitzgerald is keeping a careful eye on the legal battles around the measure. Still, he acknowledges that he is in a better position than many gun dealers because his pawn store includes various items, including tools, jewelry, and electronics.

“If we were just a gun shop, I would be really, really scared,” he said. “I wish the people that were making laws about firearms weren’t anti-firearm.”

The permit system is the focal point of much of the criticism of the measure.

Measure 114 imposes much stricter requirements than what is currently needed to even obtain a concealed handgun license in Oregon, requiring prospective gun buyers to complete an “in-person demonstration of the applicant’s ability to lock, load, unload, fire and store a firearm before an instructor certified by a law enforcement agency.”

“No training programs in the state satisfy all permission requirements,” according to police and sheriffs’ statements from December.

Fitzgerald said he has regular communication with law enforcement, who have assured him that nothing has changed.

However, Oregon State Police did not answer whether similar programs had been introduced since then.

However, Aiello won’t be allowed to bring up that fact in court.

Circuit Judge Robert S. Raschio granted the state’s request to exclude claims that if Measure 114 is approved, police could not process permits swiftly because they would be based solely on conjecture.

The state added that the measure “provides a clear, speedy remedy” if Oregonians have delayed or denied permits.

The vote item language states that individuals who have their permit applications rejected or not processed within 30 days may file a petition with their local circuit court.

“I’m just not going to guess what the program is going to look like,” Raschio said, according to The Oregonian.

“I find it persuasive that the case law says that you can’t speculate how a law is going to be applied,” he added, “and this law has never been applied to anyone.”

Raschio, however, also won the gun owners by accepting their requests to bar testimony about the destructiveness of high-capacity magazines, the success of other states’ permit-to-purchase schemes in lowering shootings, or affidavits from victims about the death of loved ones in shootings.

The trial is anticipated to go until the following Friday. Regardless of the result, Aiello asserted that both sides in the controversy expected the matter to eventually go before the Oregon Supreme Court.

McCarthy Sets Stage for Biden Impeachment

McCarthy Sets Stage for Biden Impeachment

( – According to House Speaker Kevin McCarthy, the “logical next step” in the probe into the Biden family is to open an impeachment investigation into President Joe Biden.

According to Punchbowl News, the meeting will take place at an 8 AM closed-door leadership meeting where members can hear an update on the investigation from House Oversight Committee Chair Jamie Comer (R-KY) and House Judiciary Committee Chair Jim Jordan (R-OH):

“McCarthy plans to say that the two chairs have uncovered enough information that necessitates the House formalizing the impeachment inquiry in order to obtain the Bidens’ bank records and other documents.

It remains to be seen whether there are 218 House Republicans who’d vote to authorize an impeachment inquiry. Several moderate Republicans — including Reps. Ken Buck (Colo.) and Don Bacon (Neb.) — have been skeptical of the need for an impeachment inquiry.

So McCarthy will have to really work this vote if that’s the direction he wants to go.”

“The time for impeachment is the time when there’s evidence linking President Biden — if there’s evidence linking President Biden — to a high crime or misdemeanor. That doesn’t exist right now,” Buck told MSNBC on Sunday.

“As of now I don’t support [an impeachment inquiry],” Bacon told Politico Tuesday. “I think an inquiry should be based on evidence of a crime that points directly to President Biden, or if the President doesn’t cooperate by not providing documents…”

The majority of GOP lawmakers seem to be in favor of an impeachment investigation, which McCarthy can start without a floor vote.

“That’s what the inquiry is for, to get more evidence,” Rep. Nancy Mace (R-SC) told CNN on Monday. “Any piece of evidence, right or wrong, I want the American people to see all of it, whether it backs us up or not.”

A video, audio recording, photographs, messages, and IRS and former business partner whistleblower affidavits are just a few of the compelling charges against Joe Biden.

    • Biden family suspicious activity reports of wire transfers
    • Texts
    • Emails
    • WhatsApp messages
    • Photos of Joe with Hunter’s business partners
    • Joe Biden’s voicemail to Hunter
    • Five individuals were referencing Joe Biden as the “big guy”
    • Two whistleblower testimonies
    • FBI FD-1023 form alleging recorded phone calls and texts between Biden and a Burisma executive
    • FBI informant alleging bribes
    • Video of Joe Biden bragging about firing the Ukrainian prosecutor
    • Hunter’s statements about giving half his income to his dad
    • Former White House Aide saying FBI ignored Joe Biden’s role in Ukraine business dealings
    • Millions flowing into Biden family bank accounts
    • Hunter paying for Joe Biden’s expenses
    • Email aliases

According to a recent CNN poll, 41% of Americans think Joe Biden was involved in his family’s business dealings with China and Ukraine.

Only 38% of respondents deny Joe Biden’s involvement, and only 1% believe he was involved but did nothing wrong.

NM Sheriff Defies NM Gov. Grisham’s Unconstitutional Gun Ban

NM Sheriff Defies NM Gov. Grisham's Unconstitutional Gun Ban

( – Bernalillo County Sheriff John Allen explained the “unconstitutional” prohibition on concealed carry imposed by New Mexico Gov. Michelle Lujan Grisham (D).

According to Allen, who was quoted by the Associated Press (AP), “It’s unconstitutional, so there’s no way we can enforce that order.”

He said the order “does nothing to curb gun violence.”

On Monday morning, Breitbart News published footage from KOB4 that showed Grisham telling a reporter that criminals would not be affected by the concealed carry prohibition.

In the video, the reporter can ask Grisham, “Do you think that criminals are going to hear this message and not carry a gun in Albuquerque, on the streets, for 30 days?”

“Ah…no,” Grisham said in response.

State Representative John Block (R) of New Mexico told the AP, “My constituents have reached out to me in droves, emailing and texting me that this is insane, this is horrifying, this is unconstitutional.”

“An article of impeachment against Grisham is reportedly being written,” according to Block.

81K Illegal Aliens to be Issued Driver’s Licenses In This State!

81K Illegal Aliens to be Issued Driver's Licenses In This State!

( – About 81,000 illegal aliens will receive driver’s licenses from Minnesota. Although the application procedure can now be started, applicants won’t be able to submit their formal applications until the new law takes effect on Oct. 1.

Since all it takes to register to vote online in Minnesota is a driver’s license, the new law, dubbed “Driver’s License for All,” makes it easier for voter fraud.

Fox News states:

“People living in Minnesota without legal immigration status can now begin the process of getting their driver’s license by making an appointment for their written driver’s test, state officials announced at a news conference Thursday.

Around 81,000 people are expected to be eligible under the state’s new law — dubbed “Driver’s License for All.” They can now make appointments to apply but won’t be able to actually get a license until the law goes into effect Oct. 1.”

The new law’s supporters assert that because more drivers will have licenses, the roads will be safer, while its detractors argue that it will encourage more illegal immigration.

Jody-Kay Peterson, the head of the driver services program, even stated that the department would not cooperate with any immigration law enforcement regarding potential deportations.

They want to support them by encouraging others to break the law.

This is not shocking for a state ruled by radical leftists. Additionally, it reflects the national issue the southern border is currently experiencing. Our nation has been overrun by millions of illegal immigrants, many of whom are receiving better care than some of our own people.

Prior Gateway reports on the effects of illegal immigration:

For the American taxpayer, illegal immigration has disastrous economic consequences. The Federation for American Immigration Reform (FAIR) recently released research that estimates the annual cost of illegal immigration to American taxpayers at least $151 billion.

To arrive at the astounding figure, the study evaluates factors including education, welfare, medical expenses, and law enforcement at the federal and state levels.

Each American taxpayer contributes roughly $1,200 annually to financing the unlawful crisis.

Border communities are under much more pressure because of Biden’s flawed border policies and the federal government’s abandonment of them.

New Mexico’s Governor Faces Fierce Backlash Over Gun Ban

New Mexico's Governor Faces Fierce Backlash Over Gun Ban

( – Following her September 7, 2023, executive order outlawing concealed carry for self-defense in cities like Albuquerque, New Mexico, Governor Michelle Lujan Grisham (D) is seeing mounting criticism, including calls for her impeachment.

According to reports, the governor’s decree went into force on September 8, 2023, and will run for 30 days. After that time, Lujan Grisham said she would review the situation and may decide to extend the ban.

The governor criticized the levels of gun violence in Albuquerque using the order, which prohibits open and concealed carry—even for licensed concealed carriers—and specifically referenced the murders of children.

She avoided claiming that these fatalities were due to licensed concealed carriers who carry for self-defense.

In response to the directive, New Mexico state representative John Block (R) demanded the impeachment of the governor on day X: “Remove and impeach Lujan Grisham. Even Elon supports us in this.

Sheriff John Allen of Benalillo County responded to Lujan Grisham’s directive by stating that he had doubts about upholding it since he thinks it is unconstitutional:

Amy Swearer of the Heritage Foundation offered the following commentary on the governor’s order:

The governor’s directive was met with a response from Albuquerque police chief Harold Medina, who made it plain he would not implement it, according to the Associated Press.
